You asked and we listened!
Based on feedback we received from our Model community, we are making updates to our Model Achievement Awards to add Gift Cards for PornhubApparel.com.
You will no longer receive the merch packages we previously sent after the 25k milestone. Instead, beginning at 50k, Models can now use the Gift Card to make their milestones more customizable! This will apply for all new Model Achievements unlocked moving forward, it does not include those who have already reached those milestones.
This update allows YOU to choose which items you would like to receive! You can now receive limited edition items instead of just our core collection merch. This change will also ensure you are not sent items you may have already received from us.
Keep reading for a breakdown on what is included in the various Achievement Awards, how to receive them, how to receive them and our trade secrets to hit these milestones!
Achievement Awards
These are based on the number of subscribers you have received since joining the Model Program. Here is a breakdown of what is included for each milestone:
* Please note that couple accounts will receive a Gift Card with a higher amount to accommodate both Models.
How To Receive Your Achievement Award
- Once you reach a milestone, you will receive an email with a form to fill out to claim your award. Be sure the email you have associated with your account is accurate and up to date. If you would like to change it, contact our Model Support Team.
- For the new Gift Cards redeemable at PornhubApparel.com, you will receive a coupon code by email to use at checkout. Additionally, you will receive a free shipping code to use at checkout. You can apply both codes on 1 transaction.
- If you decide to use less than the Gift Card amount, you will have a residual amount for future use!
- If you decide to use more than the Gift Card amount, you will need to input credit card information to pay for the balance.
- Please refer to our Gift Card FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) HERE.
- The form is addressed to your username — please do not edit or change that. Our team uses that information to identify your account.
- There is a designated spot in the form where you can put your preferred shipping name for the mailing label. What you write under “Full Name” is what will appear on the package. If you do not want your legal name to appear on the package, please make sure you are aware of your local post office’s requirements to claim parcels. Some countries will not allow you to claim a package if you cannot provide an ID that matches the name on the package.
- In the form you will need to provide your name, address, and clothing sizes (unisex sizing is used). The form must be filled out using alphanumeric characters.
- The package is discrete and will not have the name “Pornhub” on it.
Didn't Get Notified?
If you hit an Achievement Award milestone but did not receive an email or notification, check your spam or junk folder.

If you reached 50K subscribers but did not receive your 25K Achievement Award, we will make sure you receive the awards for both milestones at the same time.
Tracking Your Achievement Awards
Some items are custom-made so it can take up 3 months to receive your Achievement Award. Trust us, it is worth the wait! Once your package is ready to be shipped, you will get an automatic email with your tracking number.
For Models living outside of North America, when your tracking number shows that your parcel has entered your country, we suggest you contact your local postal service for a status update. Often, when a Model is not home to receive the package, it gets returned to us.

Hitting these milestones is a big deal and we love seeing our Models show off their Achievement Awards. Be sure to tag us so we can share them! Here is how:
Twitter: Tag @Pornhub in your tweet with a SFW (safe for work) photo or video of you rocking your merch! Avoid hashtags or tagging other accounts.
