I'm not even watching this for fap material. This is simply interesting from a scientific perspective. I was born with a deformity of the erectile tissue due to hypospadias. Thanks for you comment. The surgery wasn't to enlarge it (which is very risky and can result in amputation if things don't go well). It was to HARDEN it so it is usable to fuck with. At 5.5-6.0 inches in length, I'm no John Holmes but it is well within the average length for most men and I have no complaints from my wife, my girlfriend or the guys I've fucked.
