How the algorithms predict what you see based on collected data, machine learning, and cookies.

It's really just a predictive model that feeds you output based on your input and current collected data.  It's typically a machine learning (ML) algorithm.
The algorithms will choose what content you will see. There is no such thing as a wasted upload. If your content is... not entertaining, well, no one will see it anyway.
While some might view their data being collected as a bad thing, it does helps create a better and more enjoyable user experience.

Pretty sure the moderators are arbitrators. Which means they don't necessarily follow any rules, instead, they allow content based on arbitration. The rules are a choice for them. I mean, what's the difference of the videos if I show others' content for 15 minutes, or 30 seconds. Even further, what's difference between a recording from a 3rd person perspective, and a recording from a screen share? Either it's arbitration or, there is fine print somewhere.
